Project Overview
The Nilito project was produced under an unusually compressed schedule while the same team was simultaneously working on the Shakhe Maryam project. Both productions had to move from execution to delivery within roughly two days.
Directed by Rahman Yazarloo, the film used a Fake Out-of-Home approach in which editorial structure became a critical part of the production pipeline. A complete teaser first had to exist as an edit before CGI product elements could be integrated convincingly into the footage.
My Contribution
I managed the project across the production pipeline while also serving as the film editor. My work established the timing and shot structure required for the later CGI integration. I also handled color grading and final lighting adjustments, helping unify the live-action footage and generated product elements into a consistent final image.
